Germans do work in security jobs, but there may be a perception that they are less common in these roles compared to other nationalities. This could be due to a variety of factors, including cultural attitudes towards security work, language barriers for non-native German speakers, and differences in the availability of security job opportunities in Germany compared to other countries. It's important to note that individuals from all backgrounds can and do work in security jobs, and it's not accurate to make broad generalizations about any specific nationality in this regard. **

Yes, non-Germans in Austria-Hungary did have fewer rights compared to the German-speaking population. The Austro-Hungarian Empire was a multi-ethnic state with a complex system of governance that favored the German and Hungarian ruling elites. Non-Germans, such as Czechs, Slovaks, Poles, Ukrainians, and others, faced discrimination and limited political representation. They were often marginalized and had fewer opportunities for advancement in the empire. This unequal treatment of non-Germans contributed to growing tensions and nationalist movements within the empire. **

It is important to recognize and respect the rights of both groups, as they are entitled to protection and support in different ways. **

It is important to create inclusive and non-discriminatory policies that consider the needs and qualifications of all individuals, regardless of their nationality. **

Russian-Germans are a distinct ethnic group with a unique cultural and historical background. They are descendants of Germans who migrated to Russia in the 18th and 19th centuries and have developed their own distinct identity and traditions. While they may have cultural ties to both Russia and Germany, they are considered a separate ethnic group with their own language, customs, and traditions. Therefore, it would be more accurate to consider them as Russian-Germans rather than simply Russians or Germans. **

Therefore, the name "Germans" is a historical and linguistic legacy that has been passed down through the ages. **
